This week on Friday Baking with Not Quite June Cleaver I made Cream Wafers. They are a flaky, creamy treat and they turned out well I think and very pretty. I agree that they would be very tasty with coffee! You should really go to the link above and get this recipe. 
I am normally not a fussy cookie person but these cookies were pretty painless if I do say so!
They are dry.

ReplyDeleteHi Lorin, I just about fell out of my chair when I read your blog. I participated in Friday Baking with Not Quite June Cleaver. I haven't made anything in July but I participated in June and even won for that month. It just thought it was crazy that we were participating in the same contest in one little corner of the blog world and didn't even know it.
